Lava Yuva 5G made its debut in India on Thursday (May 30) as the latest addition to Lava International’s 5G lineup. This smartphone is powered by the Unisoc T750 5G platform, marking its claim as the first phone in India to utilize this octa-core chipset. The Lava Yuva 5G sports a modern design with a hole punch display featuring a 90Hz refresh rate, complemented by a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Fueling the device is a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, ensuring extended usage without frequent recharges.

The Lava Yuva 5G is priced at Rs. 9,499 for the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the higher variant offering 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 9,999. It will be available in Mystic Blue and Mystic Green color options and is set to go on sale starting June 5 through major platforms such as Amazon, Lava’s e-store, and retail outlets across the country. Lava is backing the Yuva 5G with a one-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind for consumers.

The dual SIM Lava Yuva 5G runs on Android 13 out of the box, with Lava promising two years of security updates and an upgrade path to Android 14 for future-proofing. It features a 6.52-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 269ppi, ensuring clear and vibrant visuals. The display incorporates a 2.5D curved design with a hole punch cutout at the top center for the front camera.

Under the hood, the device is equipped with the octa-core Unisoc T750 5G SoC paired with 4GB of RAM, delivering smooth performance and responsiveness. The onboard storage capacity can be expanded up to 8GB via additional storage options, providing ample space for apps, media, and files.
