Nikon Z5II Mirrorless Camera with EXPEED 7 Processor Debuts

Nikon has officially launched the Z5II full-frame mirrorless camera in India, positioning it as a more advanced model than the previous Z5. The Z5II comes equipped with the flagship EXPEED 7 image processing engine, which enhances its autofocus capabilities and ensures top-tier image quality. Aimed primarily at video creators and filmmakers, the Z5II supports 10-bit N-LOG and 12-bit N-Raw video recording, along with advanced features like 3D tracking and a dedicated Picture Control button. Additionally, the camera is compatible with a range of Z Mount lenses, making it versatile for various shooting scenarios.

The Nikon Z5II is priced at ₹1,49,995 for the body-only option in India. For those looking to get started immediately, Nikon is offering bundles that include the Z5II paired with lenses like the 24-70mm standard zoom lens. As part of the launch offer, customers will also receive complimentary accessories, including an EN-EL 15c battery (worth ₹4,990) and a Mh-25a charger (₹2,650), adding value to the purchase. The camera will be available for purchase through authorized Nikon partners starting April 24.

In terms of specifications, the Nikon Z5II boasts a 24.5-megapixel full-frame Backside Illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor, capable of shooting 4K video at 60fps and full HD video at 120fps. For still images, the camera supports a high standard sensitivity range of ISO 64000, while for video, the maximum sensitivity is ISO 51200. These features make it a solid choice for both professional photography and videography, with the ability to capture high-quality content in various lighting conditions.

One of the standout features of the Z5II is its significantly improved autofocus system, which is 3.5 times faster than that of the original Z5.
