Enhanced Display Features: Leaked Details Hint at 6.5-inch 90Hz Refresh Rate for Moto G Play 2024

In December 2022, Moto G Play made its debut, powered by the MediaTek Helio G37 SoC. Now, its prospective successor, the Moto G Play (2024), appears poised for an imminent launch, given the recent leaks unraveling its pricing, renders, and specifications. From the leaked details, it seems the Moto G Play (2024) may embrace slight design tweaks compared to its forerunner. The anticipated mid-range device is anticipated to boast a triple rear camera system, headlined by a 50-megapixel primary camera. Expected to sport a 6.5-inch display featuring a 90Hz refresh rate, this iteration could also house a substantial 5,000mAh battery.

Renowned tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, in collaboration with Smartmania, has brought to light the alleged price, design renders, and specifications of the forthcoming Moto G Play (2024). According to the revelations, the handset is slated for an official launch next month, flaunting a price tag of $169 (approximately Rs. 14,000).

The leaked renders showcase the Motorola handset draped in a sapphire blue hue, showcasing a hole-punch cutout on the display designated for the selfie camera. Positioned at the upper left corner of the rear panel, a triple camera array, accompanied by an LED flash, catches the eye. Additionally, the handset’s left spine appears to house the power and volume buttons, with speculation that the volume button may also double up as a fingerprint scanner. Moreover, the renders suggest the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack located at the top of the device.
