macOS Sequoia 15.4 Update Patches Vulnerabilities, Introduces Redesigned Mail App and New Apple Intelligence Features

Apple has begun rolling out the macOS Sequoia 15.4 update to eligible Mac devices, bringing a range of new features and critical security fixes. The update addresses over 120 vulnerabilities within the operating system, making it a crucial download for users concerned about device security. These fixes target various issues, including bugs that could allow unauthorized access to sensitive data and unauthorized autofilling of passwords. Users are urged to update their devices promptly to ensure protection against potential exploits and threats.

In addition to these security patches, macOS Sequoia 15.4 introduces a redesigned Mail app, a feature that had already been seen in iOS. The updated Mail app now categorizes emails into four distinct sections—Primary, Transactions, Updates, and Promotions—making it easier to navigate and prioritize incoming messages. Another useful addition is the Digest View, which groups related emails from the same sender into a single thread for better organization. Apple also expanded the reach of its Apple Intelligence capabilities, which are now available in more languages, including Hindi and English (India), among others. This brings Apple’s AI-driven features to more users, including those in India.

The update also brings some exciting features that were first seen on iOS, such as the Memory Movie feature, which creates automated video montages from users’ photos and videos. The Image Playground app receives a new Sketch style, adding more creative options for users who enjoy experimenting with images. However, it’s worth noting that while macOS Sequoia 15.4 includes many enhancements, it does not yet support Priority Notifications, a feature already available on iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4, which helps prioritize more urgent notifications.

Finally, the Quick Start feature has been added to macOS Sequoia 15.4, simplifying the process of setting up a new Mac. With this feature, users can scan a moving image on their iPhone or iPad to quickly transfer settings and begin using their new Mac with minimal hassle. This streamlined setup process is designed to make it easier for users to get up and running on their new devices without spending too much time on configuration.

Realme C73 5G and C75 5G Tipped to Launch in India This Month with Colour, RAM, and Storage Options Revealed

Realme is reportedly preparing to launch two new budget-friendly smartphones in India — the Realme C73 5G and Realme C75 5G. While the company has yet to officially confirm their arrival, recent leaks have revealed key details about the devices, including their colour variants and memory configurations. These upcoming C-series additions are expected to come in multiple colour options and offer two RAM and storage combinations, suggesting that Realme is aiming to cater to a range of entry-level users.

According to a report from 91Mobiles, the Realme C73 5G and C75 5G are expected to launch in India later this month, shortly after the debut of the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Narzo 80x 5G. The C73 5G, bearing the model number RMX3945, is tipped to be available in 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB variants. It is also expected to be offered in three colour choices — crystal purple, jade green, and onyx black — giving buyers a good amount of personalization at a budget price point.

The Realme C75 5G, said to carry model number RMX3943, is also tipped to arrive in the same two RAM and storage configurations as the C73 5G. This model may be available in lily white, purple blossom, and midnight lily colourways. The phones are expected to be positioned in the lower price bracket, continuing Realme’s trend of delivering affordable 5G-enabled smartphones. For context, the 4G variant of the Realme C75 was launched in Vietnam in late 2023 at around VND 5,690,000 (approximately ₹18,900) for the 8GB + 128GB version.

Specifications of the Realme C75 4G hint at what users might expect from the upcoming 5G version. The 4G model features a 6.72-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Helio G92 Max processor, up to 8GB RAM, and as much as 512GB of storage. It includes a 50MP rear camera, an 8MP front-facing camera, and a large 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. If Realme keeps a similar feature set for the 5G variant, these models could offer strong value in the entry-level segment with decent specs and future-ready connectivity.
