Oppo Pad 5 India Launch Set With Reno 15 Series; Flipkart Listing Live

The Oppo Pad 5 packs a 10,420mAh battery in China, while the India-bound version is likely to arrive with a marginally reduced capacity.

Oppo has officially confirmed that the Oppo Pad 5 will be making its way to the Indian market soon. The company teased the upcoming tablet through Flipkart, signalling that its launch is imminent and closely tied to Oppo’s next wave of product announcements in the country.

The Oppo Pad 5 is expected to debut alongside the Oppo Reno 15 series. A dedicated section on Flipkart’s microsite for the Reno lineup already lists the tablet, indicating that it will be available in at least two colour options — Black and Pink — though Oppo has not yet revealed their official names. The listing also suggests support for a stylus, positioning the tablet as a productivity-focused device.

While the Oppo Pad 5 launched in China with a 10,420mAh battery, the Indian variant is confirmed to feature a slightly smaller 10,050mAh unit. Despite this change, the tablet is still expected to offer strong battery life. The Chinese model supports 67W fast charging, and similar charging capabilities are anticipated for the India-bound version.

In terms of specifications, the Oppo Pad 5 is expected to retain its 12.1-inch display for the Indian market. In China, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, placing it firmly in the premium segment. Although Oppo has not yet shared full hardware details for India, the upcoming tablet is likely to offer flagship-level performance when it launches.
