Ahead of the official launch, a notable Chinese tipster has spilled the beans on key specifications for the iQoo Neo 9 Pro. According to the leak, the upcoming smartphone is set to be powered by MediaTek’s robust Dimensity 9300 SoC and is poised to feature an impressive 144Hz refresh rate display. Not stopping there, the phone is rumored to support rapid 120W fast charging, adding another layer of appeal.
Digital Chat Station, the trusted tipster (translated from Chinese), took to Weibo to reveal the alleged specifications of the iQoo Neo 9 Pro. The leak suggests a 6.78-inch OLED display boasting a sharp 1.5K resolution and an elevated 144Hz refresh rate. This represents a step up from its predecessor, the iQoo Neo 8 Pro, which offered a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The upcoming handset is expected to run on Android 14-based OriginOS 4.
Under the hood, the iQoo Neo 9 Pro is slated to feature MediaTek’s cutting-edge Dimensity 9300 mobile chip. In the camera department, the leak hints at a dual rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary sensor and a secondary 50-megapixel sensor. For selfies and video calls, users can anticipate a 16-megapixel front camera.
