The Redmi Note 15 5G places a strong emphasis on photography and battery life. It features a 108-megapixel primary camera designed to deliver detailed images across different lighting conditions, while a large 5,520mAh battery aims to support all-day usage. These additions are intended to appeal to users seeking a balance between performance, imaging capabilities, and endurance.
In terms of pricing, the Redmi Note 15 5G starts at Rs. 19,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while the 256GB storage model is priced at Rs. 21,999. Buyers also receive complimentary subscriptions, including two months of YouTube Premium, three months of Spotify Premium Standard, and six months of Google One.
On the software front, the dual-SIM Redmi Note 15 5G runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2 out of the box. Xiaomi has committed to providing four years of Android OS updates and six years of security patches, with an OTA update to HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 planned in the future. The smartphone sports a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,200 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, along with microSD card support.
For imaging, the handset comes with a dual rear camera setup comprising a 108-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, a 20-megapixel camera handles selfies and video calls. The rear cameras support video recording at up to 4K resolution at 30fps, while the front camera is limited to 1080p at 30fps.
