Oppo Reno 15 Series India Launch Rumored, Reno 15 Mini Likely to Join Lineup

The Oppo Reno 15 series is expected to launch in India in the coming weeks, marking the next step in Oppo’s mid-to-premium smartphone lineup. While official specifications and pricing are yet to be revealed, early reports indicate that the series will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and feature triple rear camera setups across all models. The top-end Reno 15 Pro is likely to sport a 6.78-inch display, succeeding the Reno 14 Pro, while the standard Reno 15 and Reno 15 Mini are expected to come with 6.59-inch and 6.32-inch screens, respectively, offering options for different user preferences.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, in collaboration with tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, the Reno 15 series—including the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Mini—is slated for an India launch in December. Earlier rumours had suggested alternative names such as Reno 15 Pro Max for the top model, with the standard Reno 15 positioned as a more compact option. These launch plans indicate that Oppo is aiming to introduce the new lineup before the end-of-year shopping season.

In terms of design, the Reno 15 Pro and Reno 15 Mini are expected to feature flat 1.5K displays, measuring 6.78 inches and 6.32 inches, respectively, while the standard Reno 15 could sport a 6.59-inch screen. The phones are also likely to incorporate a metal frame, continuing Oppo’s trend of premium build quality in the Reno series. Additional design features may include refined camera modules and subtle branding updates to distinguish the new models from their predecessors.

The series could also bring IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, offering durability that matches its mid-to-premium positioning. With the combination of high-refresh-rate displays, MediaTek Dimensity chipsets, and robust design features, the Oppo Reno 15 series aims to deliver a well-rounded smartphone experience. The Indian launch in December is expected to provide consumers with detailed pricing, full specifications, and availability information.
