Motorola Unveils Roadmap for Android 14-Based My UX Rollout: Check Out the List of Compatible Phones

Flagship Treatment: Motorola’s Android 14 Update to Include Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra in Rollout Plan

Following Google’s official release of Android 14 in October last year, various smartphone brands swiftly embraced the new operating system, with Samsung, Nothing, and Oppo already providing stable or beta versions on their devices.

Now, Motorola has unveiled its Android 14-based My UX update rollout plan. Among the latest Motorola handsets set to receive the update are the Edge 40 and Edge 40 Neo, ensuring users benefit from the latest features and enhancements. Notably, the iconic Razr lineup, comprising the Motorola Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra, is also slated to join the Android 14 upgrade list. Additionally, the 2022 Motorola Edge, Motorola Edge+, and Edge 30 Fusion represent the oldest devices on the list scheduled for the much-anticipated update.

Motorola has shared the Android 14 update rollout schedule on its official website, emphasizing that the stable update will be delivered in batches. While the company has not disclosed specific dates for the rollout, users can expect a gradual distribution throughout the course of 2024. The anticipation is high as Motorola users look forward to experiencing the latest features and optimizations that Android 14 has to offer.
