Samsung has officially expanded the One UI 7 Beta program to a broader range of devices and regions, bringing exciting new features to more users. Initially launched in December 2024, the beta program introduced Android 15 to Samsung Galaxy devices, offering visual enhancements, added customization options, and a refreshed notification system known as the Now Bar. Alongside these updates, users will notice redesigned One UI widgets and an upgraded user interface (UI) for the camera app. The update also includes significant improvements to Galaxy AI, Samsung’s suite of artificial intelligence features, enhancing the overall user experience.
As of March 6, Samsung announced the expansion of the One UI 7 Beta to its latest flagship foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, available in regions including India, South Korea, the UK, and the US. This marks a major step in bringing the new Android 15-based features to a larger audience, particularly for users of Samsung’s foldable devices. The Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and the Galaxy A55 are also set to receive the beta update, with a specific rollout date to be announced later this month.
One UI 7 was initially introduced with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in January, marking the debut of Android 15 for the brand. However, the stable version of One UI 7 is expected to be available to the broader public starting in April 2025. This will bring the full range of new features to additional devices, ensuring that Samsung users across its diverse product lineup can enjoy the benefits of the update.
To participate in the One UI 7 Beta program, users can sign up via the Samsung Members app. Samsung has also pointed out that the features included in the One UI 7 Beta may vary depending on the country or region, giving users a tailored experience based on their location.
