Vivo Watch 5 to Launch; Key Features and 22-Day Battery Life Unveiled

The Vivo Watch 5 is set to make its debut in China, alongside the highly anticipated Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s smartphones, as well as the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE tablets. As the launch date approaches, Vivo has teased some key features of the smartwatch, promising several upgrades over the previous Vivo Watch 3, which was released in November 2023. With a focus on enhanced battery life, health monitoring, and smart functionality, the Vivo Watch 5 is shaping up to be a compelling wearable for fitness enthusiasts and tech-savvy users.

One of the standout features of the Vivo Watch 5 is its AI-powered running guidance system, which will help users track and improve their performance during outdoor activities. Additionally, the smartwatch will offer a 30-second blood pressure risk assessment feature, offering valuable insights into cardiovascular health. At just 32g, the Vivo Watch 5 is expected to be lightweight and comfortable for daily wear, making it a practical option for those who need a wearable for both fitness tracking and everyday use.

In terms of battery life, the Vivo Watch 5 is set to outperform its predecessor, with the company promising up to 22 days of use on a single charge. This marks a significant improvement over the Vivo Watch 3, which offered 16 days of usage. Along with long battery life, the smartwatch will include advanced health monitoring features, such as heart health tracking and arrhythmia analysis, giving users a comprehensive look at their well-being. The device will run on Vivo’s BlueOS and will feature the “Blue Heart Xiao V” AI assistant, providing additional convenience and smart capabilities.

The design of the Vivo Watch 5 is expected to closely resemble the Vivo Watch 3, with a round display and a crown on the right edge for easy navigation. The watch will also feature a function button, offering quick access to various features. The 1.43-inch AMOLED display is expected to offer a crisp resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, ensuring a vibrant and clear viewing experience. Powered by the BES2700BP chipset and equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, the Vivo Watch 5 is poised to offer a seamless and responsive user experience.
