The Vivo X300 Ultra has officially cleared Indonesia’s SDPPI certification, confirming both its model number V2562 and its marketing name. Previously, the device had appeared on IMEI, EEC, and TKDN databases, but only the model number was listed, leaving the official name a mystery. With multiple certifications now in place, the X300 Ultra is expected to launch globally soon, with a potential debut in China within the coming weeks.

Alongside the X300 Ultra, the Vivo X300 FE has also appeared on the Indonesian SDPPI database, registered under the model number V2537. The certification listing confirms that both devices are progressing toward official releases in key markets. Tech enthusiasts had been tracking these entries closely, as they provide early hints about Vivo’s upcoming flagship lineup.

Earlier reports indicated that the Vivo X300 Ultra first surfaced in the IMEI database back in November 2025, signaling the start of its certification journey. Following that, the device was listed on the EEC and TKDN platforms. However, none of these early entries revealed the official marketing name, making the SDPPI listing the first confirmation of the X300 Ultra branding.

According to industry sources, the global launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra may take place in the second quarter of 2026, while the China debut could happen as early as March 2026. With its official certifications now secured, the X300 Ultra is positioned to join Vivo’s premium lineup, offering cutting-edge features and catering to a growing international audience.

Vivo X300 Ultra Rumored to Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and 200MP Cameras

The Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be the next flagship in Vivo’s X series, reportedly succeeding the X200 Ultra. According to leaks, the device could feature a 2K display similar to its predecessor, providing sharp and vibrant visuals for users. The display is expected to measure just over 6.8 inches, maintaining a large, immersive screen ideal for multimedia and gaming experiences.

Under the hood, the X300 Ultra is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a significant upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Elite found in the X200 Ultra. This new processor, built on a 3nm process, promises improved performance and energy efficiency, making the device suitable for heavy workloads, gaming, and AI-powered applications.

Camera capabilities are also expected to see major improvements. The phone might feature a triple-rear camera setup, headlined by two 200-megapixel sensors, an upgrade from the single 200-megapixel telephoto camera on the X200 Ultra. Alongside the dual 200MP sensors, the device could include upgraded ultrawide and telephoto lenses, delivering enhanced photography and zoom capabilities.

Early leaks suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra will cater to users seeking flagship-level performance, display quality, and photography. While Vivo has not confirmed the specifications, the details from tipsters such as Digital Chat Station on Weibo provide a glimpse of what could be a high-end powerhouse in the upcoming X300 series.
