WhatsApp is expanding its capabilities by enabling users to share status updates from certain linked devices, as outlined by a feature tracker. This upcoming functionality from the Meta-owned messaging service will permit users to publish status updates not only from the web version but also from associated ‘companion’ devices. Those who are part of the beta testing program for WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp for Android can currently explore this feature on their secondary devices.
