Lenovo Launches Idea Tab in India Featuring MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and 7,040mAh Battery

The Lenovo Idea Tab runs on Android 15 with Lenovo’s custom ZUI 17 skin and is scheduled to receive updates up to Android 17.

Lenovo has launched the Idea Tab in India as its latest entry-level tablet offering. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and paired with 8GB of RAM, the tablet features an 11-inch display with a sharp 2.5K resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate for better visuals and responsiveness. The Idea Tab is equipped with a 7,040mAh battery supporting 20W fast charging, ensuring extended usage without frequent recharging. It is available in both Wi-Fi-only and 5G variants to cater to different connectivity needs.

For photography, the Lenovo Idea Tab includes an 8-megapixel rear camera, while audio is enhanced with a quad-speaker setup that supports Dolby Atmos, providing an immersive sound experience for media consumption. The tablet runs on Android 15 with Lenovo’s ZUI 17 skin and is expected to receive updates up to Android 17.

Pricing for the Lenovo Idea Tab in India starts at Rs. 16,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage Wi-Fi variant, which also comes bundled with the Lenovo Tab Pen. The 5G version with the same specifications and Tab Pen is priced at Rs. 19,999.
