Redmi 15C 5G Appears on 3C Certification Site Ahead of Expected China Launch

Redmi 15C 5G is expected to launch in China in the coming weeks as the brand’s newest budget-friendly 5G smartphone.

Redmi is reportedly preparing to launch a new budget-friendly 5G smartphone in China, with the alleged Redmi 15C 5G recently spotted on the 3C certification website. Believed to be the successor to the Redmi 14C 5G, the handset is expected to feature a 50-megapixel rear camera and a large 6.9-inch display. While the company has not confirmed an official launch date, the listing suggests that the debut could happen in the coming weeks.

The 3C certification reveals the model number 2508CRN2BC, along with details indicating that the device will ship with a 33W fast charger. This matches earlier reports claiming that the Redmi 15C 5G will support 33W fast charging.

The Redmi 14C 5G, introduced in India in January, came powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. While specifications for the new model have yet to be officially announced, leaks point to it arriving in three color options — Green, Lavender, and Black.

With certification now in place, expectations are high that Xiaomi’s sub-brand will soon unveil its latest affordable 5G offering, further expanding its budget lineup in China.
