In an interview, Miyazaki clarified that FromSoftware does not have any concrete plans for a follow-up to the highly successful RPG. “We don’t have any particular plans for Elden Ring 2,” he stated, dashing hopes for a direct sequel in the near future. His comments confirm that FromSoftware is not rushing to revisit the Elden Ring universe immediately.
