Leaked: Pricing Details for Vivo X100 and X100 Pro in India Before January 4th Launch
Reported Pricing Leak: Vivo X100 Pro to Allegedly Retail at Rs. 89,999 for 16GB RAM + 512GB Storage Variant
The impending launch of the Vivo X100 series, featuring the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro models, is scheduled for January 4 in India. Just ahead of the official release, leaked pricing details have emerged online, indicating an anticipated starting price of Rs. 63,999 for these flagship devices in the country. Both the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro house MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC and have already made their debut in China and select global markets. Notably, the Indian variants of the Vivo X100 series are expected to incorporate an 8T LTPO display and Zeiss-branded triple rear cameras, headlined by a powerful 50-megapixel 1-inch-type main camera.
Vivo X100 series price in India (leaked)
The leaked pricing details suggest that the Vivo X100 might enter the market with a market operating price (MOP) of Rs. 63,999 for the base model featuring 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the higher configuration with 16GB RAM + 512GB storage could be priced at Rs. 69,999. On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro, reportedly arriving solely with a 16GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration, is expected to have an MOP of Rs. 89,999.
In China, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro were launched last month with initial price tags of CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 56,500) and CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 50,000), respectively. Following their debut, these models were subsequently introduced in select global markets with price tags of HK$7,998 (approximately Rs. 85,224) and HK$5,998 (approximately Rs. 63,917), respectively.
Vivo X100 series specifications
The Vivo X100 series features curved 6.78-inch 8 LTPO AMOLED screens with up to 120Hz refresh rate. They run on MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, coupled with Vivo’s V3 chip. Both models sport Zeiss-branded triple rear camera units and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
Vivo X100 houses a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, while the Vivo X100 Pro packs a 5,400mAh unit with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging support. They have an IP68-rated build for water and dust resistance.
