The imminent launch of the Moto G34 5G in India is set for January 9, with Motorola actively teasing its specifications on both their official website and a dedicated Flipkart microsite. Notably, the Indian variant’s color choices have now been unveiled, adding to the anticipation surrounding this new addition to the G series lineup. The device is primed to boast a dual rear camera system, headlined by a powerful 50-megapixel Quad Pixel camera. Running on a Snapdragon 695 SoC, the phone is expected to offer configurations of up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It’s worth noting that the Moto G34 5G made its debut in the Chinese market back in December.

Motorola, owned by Lenovo, has taken to X (formerly Twitter) to release a succinct teaser video revealing the available colorways of the Moto G34 5G. Enthusiasts can anticipate three distinct options: Charcoal Black, Ice Blue, and Ocean Green, with the latter featuring a unique vegan leather rear panel. Notably, the Chinese variant currently presents in Sea Blue and Star Black variants.

 

 

In addition to its striking design and colors, the Moto G34 5G boasts an impressive camera setup. This includes the aforementioned 50-megapixel quad-pixel camera equipped with Google Auto Enhance functionality, along with a 2-megapixel macro sensor to round out its photographic capabilities. This upcoming smartphone is poised to captivate consumers with its blend of performance, aesthetics, and imaging prowess.

The Moto G34 5G is scheduled to go official on January 9 at 12:00pm IST and will go on sale via the company’s official website in India and Flipkart. The e-commerce website is teasing the specifications of the handset through a dedicated landing page on its website.

A Flipkart listing indicates Android 14 operating system and a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate on the Moto G34 5G. It has an octa-core Snapdragon 695 SoC, along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. It supports a virtual RAM feature as well. A 16-megapixel selfie camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and IP52-rated build are the other key features. Motorola has equipped the handset with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
