Alleged TUV Listing Reveals Realme 13+ 5G Will Feature 80W Fast Charging Support

The upcoming Realme 13+ 5G, anticipated as a successor to the Realme 12+ 5G, has recently surfaced on Geekbench, providing a glimpse into its hardware specifications. The benchmark listing reveals that the device will run on Android 14 and feature a minimum of 6GB of RAM. This suggests a significant upgrade in both software and hardware from its predecessor, positioning the Realme 13+ 5G as a noteworthy addition to the mid-range 5G smartphone market.

The device, identified by the model number RMX5000 on Geekbench, is believed to be the Realme 13+ 5G. The benchmark results highlight the phone’s octa-core chipset, which includes four cores operating at 2.5GHz and another four cores capped at 2.0GHz. These specifications align with the newly announced Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chipset, known for its advanced 4nm process technology and efficient performance.

In terms of performance, the Realme 13+ 5G scored 1,043 in single-core testing and 2,925 in multi-core testing on Geekbench. These scores suggest a solid performance level that should handle most everyday tasks and multitasking scenarios effectively. The combination of the Dimensity 7300 chipset and 6GB of RAM should provide a smooth user experience, especially for a mid-range device.

Beyond Geekbench, the Realme 13+ 5G has also been spotted on several other regulatory and certification websites, including Indonesia’s SDPPI, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), EEC, and TUV Rheinland Japan. These listings further confirm the device’s impending release and suggest that it is undergoing the necessary approvals for a global launch.

Additionally, an alleged TUV listing indicates that the Realme 13+ 5G will support 80W fast charging. This feature, if confirmed, would be a significant upgrade, offering rapid charging capabilities that can enhance user convenience by minimizing downtime. Fast charging support is becoming increasingly important for users who rely on quick top-ups throughout the day.

Overall, the Realme 13+ 5G appears to be shaping up as a promising device with notable hardware improvements and advanced features. As the launch date approaches, more details are likely to emerge, but the current information positions the Realme 13+ 5G as a strong contender in the competitive 5G smartphone segment.
