SaaS Startup SingleInterface Secures $30M to Assist More Businesses in Establishing an Online Presence

SingleInterface, a Singaporean SaaS startup, has secured $30 million in its first external funding round as it aims to expand globally and enhance its product offerings to cater to international brands. The startup provides tools to offline businesses to boost their revenues by leveraging the web.

While offline presence remains crucial for enterprises worldwide, an increasing number are adopting online marketing strategies to attract customers and drive revenue growth. With approximately 67% of the global population now online, according to the International Telecommunication Union, the shift towards digital marketing is evident. SingleInterface aims to address the challenge of transitioning online by offering a comprehensive suite of products tailored to multi-location brands across various sectors, including food and beverage, retail, and automotive.

The startup collaborates with over 400 multi-location brands in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, assisting them in managing their digital presence. Its offerings include tools for customer engagement, search engine and maps listings, feedback and review management, and website building with SEO management. Leveraging AI technology, SingleInterface streamlines the process of digitizing thousands of stores simultaneously.

Tarun Sobhani, co-founder and CEO of SingleInterface, highlighted the startup’s role in driving revenue growth for businesses, citing an increase of 15% to 20% enabled by its products. He emphasized the importance of AI automation in optimizing marketing strategies for individual store locations, enhancing marketing ROI for brands.
