Tecno’s MWC 2024 Showcase: Introducing Dynamic 1 Robot Dog and AR Gaming Set alongside Pova 6 Pro 5G

As the Mobile World Congress approaches, Tecno, a subsidiary of China’s Transsion Holdings, gears up to showcase cutting-edge innovations in the realm of mobile technology. Among its highlights are an AR gaming set complete with AR glasses and a robot dog, set to debut at the event.

Additionally, Tecno will introduce the latest addition to its Pova series smartphone lineup. Not stopping there, the company plans to unveil its Universal Tone technology and an enhanced iteration of its rollable concept phone.

In a press release issued on Tuesday, February 6, Tecno disclosed its ambitious plans for MWC 2024. The star of the show is the Dynamic 1, a robotic dog boasting AI capabilities and realistic traits inspired by the German Shepherd breed. Promising intuitive command understanding and lifelike actions, this innovative creation aims to redefine interactive experiences.

Furthermore, Tecno will unveil its maiden Windows AR gaming handheld device, dubbed Pocket Go, which seamlessly integrates AR glasses with a handheld gaming console, offering a lightweight and portable gaming solution.

Amidst the technological extravaganza, the global debut of the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G smartphone is eagerly anticipated, adding another dimension to the company’s diverse product portfolio. With a focus on futuristic AI and AR technologies, alongside the introduction of Universal Tone technology and captivating new concepts, Tecno’s presence at MWC 2024 promises to captivate audiences and push the boundaries of innovation in the mobile industry.

Tecno is expected to take the wraps off its first rollable phone called Phantom Ultimate during the event. The brand has already showcased its Phantom Ultimate prototype with a rollable display in September 2022. The handset features a 6.55-inch display and it starts to expand to 7.11 inches at the touch of a button, with a form factor of a small tablet. The Tecno Phantom Ultimate packs a low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) thin-film transistor (TFT) rollable display made by CSOT.

Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 will be held between February 26 and February 29 in Barcelona, Spain.
