The much-anticipated Vivo V30 Pro is poised to hit the market in Thailand later this month, expanding the brand’s renowned V30 series, which already includes the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Lite. With previous sightings on benchmarking platforms and leaks teasing its features, excitement mounts for this upcoming release. Adding fuel to the anticipation, a leaked retail promotional poster suggests an impending launch in India. Amidst this buzz, fresh insights into the Vivo V30 Pro’s camera system emerge.

Official sources confirm the inclusion of a powerful 50-megapixel primary rear sensor as part of the phone’s triple-camera setup. According to a recent report by 91Mobiles, the device is slated to boast a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary sensor alongside a 50-megapixel Sony IMX816 portrait camera, complemented by a third sensor featuring an ultra-wide-angle lens.

Moreover, the Vivo V30 Pro is expected to feature a cutting-edge 50-megapixel Eye AF front camera, akin to its predecessor, the Vivo V30. Speculations also suggest that the Pro variant will debut in captivating black and blue hues in the Indian market, while the base model might introduce an additional gradient green variant.

 

 

Previous reports, including a revealing retail poster unearthed by MySmartPrice, further fuel the speculation surrounding an imminent launch of both the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro in India.

The Vivo V30 Pro is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage. The phone may ship with Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14. It is expected to feature a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (2,800 x 1,260 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,800 nits of peak brightness level.

Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo V30 Pro will get Zeiss lenses and the Aura Light feature. It will pack a 5,000mAh battery that is expected to offer support for 80W wired fast charging. The handset may also arrive with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
