Adding to the intrigue, detailed dimensions and weights of the three smartphones have surfaced, offering enthusiasts a comprehensive preview ahead of the official unveiling. The leaks intensify the excitement, creating a buzz around Samsung’s forthcoming flagship lineup.

According to tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24), Samsung will open pre-bookings for its Galaxy S24 series of smartphones in India between January 18 and January 19, which is the very next day after its official announcement on January 17, 2024. Notable leaks from a reliable tipster on X have brought forth detailed dimensions of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S24 series, adding more excitement to the impending launch. According to the insider, the flagship Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to measure 162.3 x 79 x 8.6mm and weigh 232 grams, slightly lighter by two grams compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Galaxy S24+, on the other hand, is projected to maintain a consistent form factor, measuring 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.7mm and weighing 196 grams, identical to last year’s model. The new Galaxy S24 is anticipated to be compact, measuring 147 x 70.6 x 7.6mm and weighing 167 grams, a mere one-gram reduction from its predecessor. Interestingly, all three models exhibit a subtle reduction of about a millimeter in overall dimensions, indicative of a refined design approach.

In addition to the dimensional insights, leaked images of dummy units hint at a revamped design for the Galaxy S24 series. Notably, the images showcase flatter sides and more squared-off corners, departing from the rounded aesthetics of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ models. The Galaxy S24 Ultra, in particular, features an overall flatter profile. While official confirmation on the processors for the Indian market is pending, recent hints suggest Samsung’s commitment to Qualcomm silicon for the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra, while the smaller Galaxy S24 is expected to house Exynos silicon. The leaks intensify the anticipation for Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series, promising not only a refined design but also intriguing hardware enhancements.

While pre-reservations for the same have already begun, recent leaks regarding pricing, have suggested that the Galaxy S24+ will retail between Rs. 1,04,999 or Rs. 1,05,999 for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra is said to be available from Rs. 1,34,999 or Rs. 1,35,999 for the same variant.
