OnePlus Ace 3 Specs Leaked: Potential Global Debut as Successor to OnePlus Nord 3

Leaked specifications of the OnePlus Ace 3V have surfaced, providing an early insight into the anticipated features of the forthcoming smartphone. Positioned as the successor to the OnePlus Ace 2V, which made its debut in China earlier this year with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip and up to 16GB of RAM, this upcoming device is already generating interest among smartphone enthusiasts. Notably, a reliable tipster known for disclosing details about upcoming mobile devices recently divulged information about the purported OnePlus Ace 3V.

The OnePlus Ace 3V is anticipated to integrate Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip. Additionally, the smartphone is expected to boast a display with a resolution of 1.5K. The tipster’s post also addressed a user’s speculation regarding the phone’s pricing, indicating that it might not fall below CMY 2,000 (approximately Rs. 23,400). These revelations have sparked curiosity about the potential offerings and pricing of OnePlus’ upcoming handset.

The tipster claims that it will debut as a midrange handset and while the post doesn’t mention the exact name of the smartphone, it states that it is being developed under the company’s Ace branding, which suggests it will succeed the OnePlus Ace 2V, which is also a midrange phone.

OnePlus typically rebrands its Ace smartphones when launching them outside China, and it appears that the OnePlus Ace 3V could also be launched globally, as part of OnePlus’ Nord lineup. Earlier this year, the OnePlus Ace 2V was brought to global markets — including India — as the OnePlus Nord 3.

Launched in India and other markets earlier this year, the OnePlus Nord 3 is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 chip and up to 16GB of RAM. It features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a dynamic refresh rate that switches between 40Hz – 120Hz.

Featuring a triple rear camera arrangement headlined by a robust 50-megapixel primary camera, the OnePlus Nord 3 promises enhanced photography capabilities. Complementing this, the phone boasts a 16-megapixel front-facing camera dedicated to selfies and video calls. With storage options scaling up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, the device ensures ample space for user data. Ensuring secure access, the phone incorporates an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

A significant highlight of the OnePlus Nord 3 lies in its power provision, housing a sizable 5,000mAh battery with support for rapid 80W SuperVOOC charging, promising swift and convenient power replenishment. Embracing OnePlus’ trademark features, the handset also integrates the tri-state alert slider, allowing users to swiftly adjust notification settings. Furthermore, it boasts an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, fortifying its durability against environmental elements.
