Itel Zeno 100 Pro Set for India Debut; Zeno 100 Lite Also Teased Ahead of Launch

Itel has officially confirmed that it will soon introduce two new budget smartphones in India — the Zeno 100 Pro and the Zeno 100 Lite. Ahead of their debut, the company has started teasing both devices through dedicated promotional pages, highlighting their focus on durability and everyday reliability. The upcoming smartphones are expected to strengthen Itel’s affordable handset lineup in the country.
The company has announced that the Itel Zeno 100 Pro will launch in India on July 16, with an Amazon microsite confirming its arrival. According to Itel, the smartphone is designed to withstand the rigours of daily use and will carry MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability certification. The handset is also confirmed to offer resistance against accidental drops and high temperatures, making durability one of its key selling points.
Meanwhile, Itel has also begun teasing the Zeno 100 Lite, although its official launch date has not yet been revealed. Promotional material suggests that the Lite model will also feature military-grade protection, indicating that both smartphones will prioritize durability despite targeting the budget segment. More information about the Lite variant is expected to be shared in the coming days.
In addition to its rugged build, the Zeno 100 Pro teaser hints at a “Point and Tap Control Connectivity” feature, which is widely expected to be an integrated IR blaster for controlling compatible home appliances such as televisions and air conditioners. The teaser images also reveal a dual rear camera setup, while the complete hardware specifications, pricing, and availability details are likely to be announced during the official launch event.
