The Itel A50 Comes with a Robust 5,000mAh Battery
Itel has introduced its latest budget-friendly smartphones in India with the launch of the Itel A50 and Itel A50C on August 13. These new models aim to provide accessible, yet feature-rich options for users seeking affordability without sacrificing essential capabilities. Both handsets are powered by the Unisoc T603 SoC, which promises to deliver reliable performance for everyday tasks and applications.
The Itel A50 is designed with a 5,000mAh battery, offering extended usage times and reducing the need for frequent recharges. This larger battery capacity is ideal for users who rely heavily on their smartphones throughout the day. In contrast, the Itel A50C comes with a slightly smaller 4,000mAh battery, which still provides ample power but might necessitate more regular charging for intensive users.
Both models are equipped with an 8-megapixel rear camera, which should be adequate for capturing decent-quality photos and videos. Additionally, the Itel A50 and A50C feature an iPhone-like Dynamic Bar, a UI element that streamlines the viewing of notifications and other relevant information, enhancing the user experience with a modern touch.
Pricing for the Itel A50 starts at Rs. 6,099 for the 3GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, and Rs. 6,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. This makes the A50 a competitively priced option in the budget segment, and it is available in four color options: Cyan Blue, Mist Black, Lime Green, and Shimmer Gold. The device is currently available for purchase on Amazon, making it easily accessible to a broad audience.
The Itel A50C is positioned as a more affordable option, priced at Rs. 5,699 for the single configuration of 2GB RAM + 64GB storage. It is offered in Dawn Blue, Misty Aqua, and Sapphire Black colors. This pricing strategy aligns with Itel’s aim to cater to users looking for a cost-effective smartphone with reliable performance and essential features.
Overall, the Itel A50 and A50C represent the brand’s commitment to delivering value-driven smartphones that cater to the needs of budget-conscious consumers, combining functional specifications with a competitive price point.
