Vivo X200s, X200 Ultra, Pad 5 Pro, Pad SE, and Watch 5 Set for April Launch in China
Vivo is gearing up for a big product launch in April, unveiling the Vivo X200s alongside its higher-end variant, the Vivo X200 Ultra. The company has officially teased the design of the X200s, which will come in two color options: lavender and mint blue. Alongside the smartphones, Vivo will also debut two new tablets—the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE—as well as the Vivo Watch 5. The upcoming devices are already available for pre-reservations through Vivo’s official e-store and select online retailers.
The teaser images of the Vivo X200s reveal a sleek design with a centered, raised, large circular rear camera module featuring a Zeiss-backed triple rear camera setup. Additionally, the phone’s back panel includes a vertical pill-shaped LED unit on the top right corner. The front of the Vivo X200s showcases a flat display with slim, uniform bezels and a centered hole-punch camera for selfies. One of the standout features shown in the teaser is a Dynamic Island-like area at the top of the screen, which could serve as a collapsible, interactive space for notifications and alerts. The volume rocker and power button are positioned on the left edge of the device.
The Vivo X200s is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K LTPS display. The phone will also likely include a triple rear camera system with a periscope telephoto lens for enhanced zoom capabilities. Alongside the X200s, the Vivo X200 Ultra is also set to launch, which may include special features such as a “dedicated” camera button. The Ultra version will also benefit from Vivo’s advanced V3+ and VS1 imaging chipsets for improved photography.
In addition to the smartphones, Vivo will also launch the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Pad SE tablets. The Pad 5 Pro is teased in blue, green, grey, and pink color options, featuring dual rear cameras. Meanwhile, the Vivo Pad SE will come in blue, light grey, and dark grey with a circular rear camera unit placed at the top left corner. Lastly, the Vivo Watch 5 will also be revealed, marking a significant update to the company’s wearable lineup. The official reveal event is set to take place in April, and all devices will be available for pre-order shortly before launch.
