Poco expanded its smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Poco X6 Pro, introduced alongside the standard Poco X6 model. Distinguishing itself with performance prowess, the Poco X6 Pro features a MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC, while the base model relies on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. Both smartphones boast vivid AMOLED displays offering a crisp 1.5K resolution and house robust 64-megapixel triple rear camera setups equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). Powering these devices are substantial batteries, with the Poco X6 and X6 Pro packing 5,100mAh and 5,000mAh units, respectively, both supporting 67W fast charging.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Poco X6 Pro comes in two configurations – 8GB + 256GB priced at Rs. 24,999 and a higher variant with 12GB + 512GB retailing at Rs. 26,999. The device is available in three vibrant color options: Poco Yellow, Racing Grey, and Spectre Black.

Meanwhile, the Poco X6 offers multiple configurations, starting with the 8GB + 256GB model at Rs. 18,999, followed by the 12GB + 256GB variant priced at Rs. 21,999. For those seeking additional storage, a top-tier variant with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of inbuilt storage is also available, costing Rs. 22,999. The Poco X6 is presented in the elegant Mirror Black and Snowstorm White color variants. These smartphones promise a compelling blend of performance, imaging capabilities, and fast-charging features, providing consumers with diverse options to cater to their preferences and needs.

The phones will go on sale via Flipkart starting on January 16, and pre-orders start tonight. Customers can also avail of a Rs. 2,000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit, debit card and EMI transactions.

Both the Poco X6 Pro and Poco X6 are dual SIM (Nano) handsets that run on Android 14-based HyperOS out-of-the-box — both phones are promised to receive 3 OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates. They sport 6.67-inch 1.5K (1,220×2,712 pixels) displays with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,800 nits of peak brightness. The Poco X6 Pro runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC, while the standard model is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. You get up to 12GB of RAM on the Poco X6 series, along with up to 512GB of storage.

For photos and videos, the Poco X6 and X6 Pro are equipped with a 64-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. For selfies and video calling, both phones in the Poco X6 series feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
