Linktree now allows users to highlight links better with featured layout function

Linktree, the popular link-in-bio startup, unveiled several new features today aimed at enhancing user experience and customization options. Among the updates is a featured layout feature designed to showcase specific links more prominently. With the featured layout, users can highlight selected links, and when chosen, these links automatically expand with a content preview for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram.

In addition to the featured layout, Linktree introduced the ability to fetch the latest posts from Instagram directly onto users’ Linktree pages. This integration allows users to showcase their most recent Instagram content alongside their other links, providing visitors with a comprehensive view of their online presence.

Furthermore, Linktree now offers support for a more prominent profile picture, allowing users to personalize their Linktree profile with a clearer and more eye-catching image.

These new features aim to provide Linktree users with greater flexibility in customizing their link-in-bio pages, enhancing their ability to engage with their audience and showcase their content effectively across various platforms.

In January, Linktree rolled out a feature enabling users to automatically fetch their latest posts from YouTube and TikTok. Now, the company is expanding this functionality to include Instagram, allowing users to display up to six of their most recent posts and Reels directly on their Linktree profile.

In addition to Instagram integration, Linktree is enhancing its platform with support for larger profile pictures. Instead of the previous small circular profile image, users will now have the option to showcase a larger profile picture that complements their page’s color scheme.

Furthermore, Linktree is introducing a new feature called “Text Links,” which enables users to display plain text on their profile. This feature can be utilized to showcase detailed information such as bios, opening hours, or blog content.

Linktree, which boasts a user base of over 47 million, recently launched its social commerce program in alpha, partnering with brands like Sephora, Revolve, and Urban Outfitters. Through this program, creators can earn commission rates ranging from 12 to 15% via affiliate links.

These updates aim to provide Linktree users with enhanced customization options and greater functionality, allowing them to better engage with their audience and monetize their online presence.
