Nothing Phone 3 Set for Global Debut This July
Nothing Phone 3 Set to Launch Globally in July With Major Upgrades and Flagship Features
Nothing has officially confirmed that its next smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3, will be launched globally in July. While the exact launch date is still under wraps, the company has already begun teasing the upcoming handset as its first true flagship. The UK-based OEM has promised notable performance boosts, premium build materials, and a software experience that marks a significant step forward from its previous devices.
In a press release, Nothing stated that the Phone 3 would feature “major performance upgrades” and an improved software experience aimed at competing in the flagship smartphone segment. While specific hardware details remain scarce, the company is expected to unveil design elements and key specifications in the weeks leading up to the official announcement.
Nothing CEO Carl Pei recently hinted at a possible price point of around GBP 800 (approximately Rs. 90,000) during a developer event, indicating a steep jump from the launch price of the Nothing Phone 2, which started at Rs. 44,999 in India. However, some reports suggest that the India pricing could be slightly lower, around Rs. 55,000, making it more competitive in the domestic market.
Based on industry leaks and past trends, the Nothing Phone 3 is likely to ship with a Snapdragon 8-series chipset, possibly the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It is also expected to include a triple rear camera setup with a flagship-grade primary sensor, periscope zoom capabilities, and enhanced low-light imaging. A 5,000mAh or larger battery and support for fast charging are also likely. With Nothing emphasizing design and performance, the Phone 3 could be a serious contender in the premium Android smartphone market this year.
