Synthflow secures $7.4 million to provide no-code voice assistance solutions for SMEs
Synthflow, a Berlin-based startup, believes that AI is particularly valuable for automating repetitive tasks for busy small business owners. The company has announced a $7.4 million seed round for its SME-focused no-code platform for AI voice assistance. Since its founding in the spring of last year, Synthflow has raised a total of $9.1 million, highlighting continued investor interest in generative AI applications.
The startup, which launched its browser-based no-code tool in December 2023, is nearing 1,000 customers and reports double-digit monthly growth rates. This indicates strong interest among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in generative AI tools that offer easy productivity enhancements.
Synthflow plans to use the new funding for research and development to enhance product utility and expand its appeal to a broader range of SMEs. CEO and co-founder Hakob Astabatsyan, a serial entrepreneur with a background in business and Rocket Internet, emphasized that the team has clear insights into customer needs and numerous ideas for further development.
The startup, co-founded by Astabatsyan’s brother Albert and software engineer Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, initially focused on English-language call handling. However, it has since introduced beta versions in German and French, indicating plans to increase its presence in European markets.
