Oura Ring 5 Debuts With Compact Design, AI Health Tracking and Blood Pressure Monitoring

Oura has officially launched the Oura Ring 5 globally, introducing its latest-generation smart ring with a more compact design and upgraded health-tracking capabilities. The new wearable is designed to be slimmer and more comfortable than the previous Oura Ring 4, while still improving sensor accuracy and expanding its wellness-focused features. Alongside the hardware upgrade, the company has also rolled out new AI-driven health tools to enhance user insights.

The Oura Ring 5 comes with a range of new software features aimed at deeper health monitoring. These include Health Radar, Blood Pressure Signals, Live Activity Tracking, GLP-1 Insights, and an AI-powered health assistant that provides personalized wellness guidance. With these additions, Oura is positioning the device as a more advanced everyday health companion rather than just a fitness tracker.

In terms of pricing, the Oura Ring 5 starts at $399 (approximately Rs. 38,000) for Silver and Black finishes. Higher-end variants such as Gold, Stealth, Brushed Silver, and Deep Rose are priced at $499 (around Rs. 47,600). The ring is available in sizes ranging from 6 to 13 and includes a size-specific charging dock for users.

Customers can pre-order the Oura Ring 5 via the official Oura website as well as select global retail partners, including Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Target, and Walmart. However, the company has not yet confirmed its official availability or pricing for the Indian market.
