ROG Xbox Ally, Ally X Tipped to Launch on October 16 in Europe

The Xbox-branded ROG Ally handhelds, first unveiled at the Xbox Games Showcase in June, could hit shelves this holiday season. While Microsoft and Asus have yet to confirm a date, reliable leaker Billbil-kun claims the ROG Xbox Ally and its higher-end sibling, the Xbox Ally X, will launch in Europe on October 16, 2025.

Microsoft is expected to announce the release date during Gamescom 2025, which begins on August 20. Visitors to the Xbox booth will be able to try out the new Windows handhelds alongside more than 20 first- and third-party games.
