Poco M8s Listed on Thailand’s NBTC Database Ahead of Anticipated Global Launch

POCO M8 5G Spotted on NBTC: Launch Imminent

The Poco M series is preparing to welcome a new addition, as the upcoming Poco M8s has surfaced in certification listings, hinting at an imminent launch. This development follows the release of the Poco M8, which debuted in India earlier this year featuring a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and a robust 5,520mAh battery.

The Poco M8s recently appeared in Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) database, confirming its official name and suggesting that the device is nearing its final stages before release. Such certifications often indicate that a product is ready to enter the market in the near future.

According to the listing, the device carries the model number 26067PC09G and supports a wide range of network technologies, including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR. This confirms that the Poco M8s will be compatible with both 4G and 5G connectivity, aligning with current industry standards for mid-range smartphones.

Additional details from the certification reveal that the phone is manufactured in China and has received approval under certification number B38253-26. While official specifications remain undisclosed, the Poco M8s is expected to be positioned slightly below the Poco M8, offering a more budget-friendly alternative within the lineup.

Leaked Renders Reveal Design and Colour Variants of Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max

POCO X8 Pro & X8 Pro Max Leak Reveals Design, Specs Ahead of Global Launch | Maaney Store

The Poco X8 Pro series is widely expected to make its global debut soon, with multiple models likely to expand the lineup. Early reports suggest that at least two variants — the Poco X8 Pro and the Poco X8 Pro Max — could arrive as successors to 2025’s X7 series. Although the Xiaomi sub-brand has not officially confirmed the devices, newly leaked renders have now surfaced online, offering a closer look at their design language and possible colour options.

According to images shared by tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategkeez) on X, the Poco X8 Pro features a flat rear panel with subtly curved edges for improved grip. The smartphone appears to house a vertical pill-shaped camera module positioned in the top-left corner, with two distinct lens rings that resemble the styling seen on recent flagship devices. Poco’s bold branding remains visible on the lower portion of the back panel, which seems to carry a clean matte or satin finish. The renders suggest at least three colour variants — black, white, and turquoise — giving users a mix of classic and vibrant options.

On the front, the Poco X8 Pro is expected to sport a flat display with slim bezels and a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. The power and volume buttons are positioned along the right edge, while the left side appears uncluttered. Notably, the power button features an orange accent, a design touch that has become a signature element in several Poco devices, adding a subtle yet distinctive visual flair.

Meanwhile, the Poco X8 Pro Max closely mirrors the Pro model in overall design and layout. The camera island placement and button configuration appear largely identical. However, the camera rings on the Pro Max look slightly more pronounced, potentially indicating enhanced camera hardware or larger sensors. If the leaks prove accurate, both models could deliver a refined aesthetic while maintaining Poco’s characteristic bold and performance-focused identity.

Poco X8 Pro Max Spotted on Indonesia Certification Site, Launch Expected Soon

Poco X8 Pro Bags Additional Certifications, Launch Nearing

The Poco X8 Pro Max appears to be inching closer to its official debut, as the smartphone continues to surface on multiple certification platforms. After recently securing approval from Singapore’s IMDA authority, the device has now reportedly been spotted on Indonesia’s certification database. These consecutive listings strongly suggest that Poco is preparing for an imminent launch, likely targeting several global markets.

According to reports, the handset has been listed on Indonesia’s TKDN certification database with the model number 2602BPC18G. While the certification does not disclose detailed specifications, it does confirm 5G connectivity support, which aligns with expectations for a mid-to-premium segment smartphone in 2026. However, key details such as hardware configuration, display specifications, battery capacity, and camera features remain undisclosed at this stage.

The Xiaomi sub-brand is widely expected to introduce the Poco X8 Pro Max alongside the standard Poco X8 Pro, expanding its performance-focused lineup. Prior leaks have already hinted at the pricing, storage variants, and colour options of both smartphones. Reports suggest that the devices could arrive in three distinct colourways, giving buyers multiple style choices at launch.

Although Poco has not officially confirmed the launch date, the growing number of certifications indicates that the unveiling could happen very soon. With multiple regulatory approvals now in place, the official announcement may be just around the corner, potentially targeting select Asian and global markets first before a wider rollout.
