Vivo Reveals India Rollout Schedule for OriginOS 6 Update

Vivo first launched its OriginOS 6 software update in China on October 10, 2025, coinciding with the release of its flagship Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300, which come preloaded with Android 16-based OriginOS 6. Following earlier announcements for China and global markets, Vivo has now detailed the rollout timeline for India, marking the start of a phased update for its smartphones in the country.

The update in India will begin in early November 2025, starting with the Vivo X200 series, Vivo X Fold 5, and Vivo V60. Subsequent batches will follow through mid-November and mid-December, with the final devices expected to receive the update by the first half of 2026. The phased approach ensures smooth deployment and testing across a wide range of Vivo devices.

Key devices in the later phases include the Vivo X90, V40, and V30 series, as well as several models from the T and Y lineups, covering both 5G and standard variants. The complete schedule highlights Vivo’s commitment to updating a broad spectrum of its Indian user base with the latest software enhancements.
