Recent leaks have provided insights into the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s specifications, including three distinct RAM and storage configurations. Additionally, a tipster on Weibo recently disclosed details regarding the handset’s color options.

Initially rumored to be available in three variants — 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB — the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s color lineup has now been revealed by a Chinese tipster. According to the leak, the top-tier 16GB RAM + 1TB storage model will be offered in titanium, white, and blue color options. Notably, the white variant is rumored to sport a leather back, while the blue variant may feature a glass back. Meanwhile, the lower-tier models with 16GB RAM + 256GB and 16GB RAM + 512GB configurations are expected to be available in black and white hues.

As for pricing, the highest-spec model is speculated to retail at CNY 7299 (approximately Rs. 84,000), with the special titanium edition potentially commanding a premium of CNY 500 (around Rs. 5,000). These revelations have further heightened anticipation for Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship release, promising a compelling blend of performance, aesthetics, and customization options for consumers worldwide.

As per past leaks, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra would feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is expected to power the device. It is said to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for authentication.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is tipped to include a quad rear camera setup comprising four 50-megapixel cameras. The camera unit might include Sony’s latest LYT900 1-inch sensor as the primary camera with an f/1.63 aperture. The phone could be backed by a 5,180mAh battery with 90W wired charging support and 50W wireless charging support.
