Honor 200 5G and Honor 200 Pro 5G were officially launched in India on Thursday, marking their debut in the Indian market. Both models come with a sophisticated 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup that promises high-quality photography and versatile shooting options. In addition, these devices are powered by Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0, ensuring the latest software features and optimizations. The Honor 200 5G and Honor 200 Pro 5G are equipped with robust 5,200mAh batteries that support 100W wired fast charging, allowing for rapid power replenishment.
A key highlight of the Honor 200 Pro 5G is its advanced dual front camera module, which enhances the selfie experience with improved quality and features. This model also supports wireless charging, offering a convenient alternative to wired methods. Both the Honor 200 5G and the Honor 200 Pro 5G were initially unveiled in China earlier this year in May. They made their global debut last month, alongside the more affordable Honor 200 Lite, which provides a lower-cost option in the series.
In terms of pricing, the Honor 200 5G starts at Rs. 34,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, with the higher 12GB + 512GB option priced at Rs. 39,999. The Honor 200 Pro 5G is positioned at a higher price point, with the 12GB + 512GB model available for Rs. 57,999. This pricing strategy places the Pro model in the premium segment of the market.
The Honor 200 5G is offered in Black and Moonlight White color options, catering to different style preferences. Meanwhile, the Honor 200 Pro 5G is available in Black and Ocean Cyan shades, adding a touch of vibrancy to the premium device. Both smartphones will be available for purchase starting July 20 at 12am (midnight) IST. Customers can buy them through the company’s official website, Amazon, and select offline retail stores across India.
This launch signifies Honor’s continued expansion in the Indian market, with a focus on delivering high-performance devices equipped with the latest technology and features. The introduction of these models is expected to appeal to both photography enthusiasts and tech-savvy users looking for cutting-edge features and performance.
With their advanced camera systems, powerful batteries, and fast charging capabilities, the Honor 200 5G and Honor 200 Pro 5G are set to compete strongly in the Indian smartphone market. The availability of multiple color options and competitive pricing further enhances their appeal to a wide range of consumers.
